Yann embodies the Thiers cutlery tradition. The son, grandson, and great-grandson of cutlers (Maison Delarboulas), he has been immersed in this world since childhood. As the commercial driving force of the manufacture, he bridges the gap between suppliers, clients, and artisans. Cécile Dissay: Excellence in French Luxury
Cécile brings a rare level of exigence to the management of the guesthouse and the cutlery manufacture. Coming from luxury leather goods at Hermès, where she served for 17 years as a workshop manager and trainer, she is the guarantor of the “excellence” quality level.
